i had an interesting conversation with a higher up of the red sox today...among all the interesting stuff i learned from him, i also heard a sad story...we all blamed the loss to the yanks to grady's not taking pedro out on the 8th of the 7th game at 5-2....on monday, he was fired.  what most of us don't know is the fact that everyone in the organization absolutely loved him...he is supposedly one of the nicest guys ever, but they needed a scapegoat    i am not a baseball buff or even a "real fan"... but learning about what happens behind the scenes kind of makes me a little less inclined to follow baseball from now on...

another interesting fact i learned today by talking to some friends of mine...i realized that most of my friends (not in the derm world) really have no idea about what i do for a living      one of my patients today gave me a great idea...she told me that prior to seeing me she had searched on msn about Mohs surgery and that i actually have an article explaining the procedure (ranked #5  ) so, she suggested that i should tell my friends to just look up that link to know what i do....plus it may even increase my rank order, hehehe...so if you are bored to death and would like to help me boost my rank order you can learn about mohs surgery at this link   http://www.emedicine.com/ent/topic29.htm

ok, this is another dilemma in real life...if you had to take a 30% pay cut in order to live in a more desirable location....would you do it? 

hmm...my first blog...i feel tired...i've been travelling quite a bit these days...i don't feel like i am actually living in boston anymore...i pack, fly, unpack, pack, fly...just to pack, fly, unpack, pack, fly again!!  so, in the past several months, i went to miami, san diego, new orleans...this weekend i'm heading out to the oc, and next weekend to san jose....yikes...

ok...this is my first post.  i can actually write whatever i want b/c no one knows my site :)  yeah!!!
